I am having serious pain after I exercise. Even doing gentle yoga leaves me with residual pain so much so that I need to take it easy for 3-4 days afterwards. I had my colon removed one year ago this month and I had my takedown in March 2013 I was able to exercise for quite a while but then in August started getting the pain. It was bothering me so much that I went back up to Cleveland to see my surgeon who took a look at my pouch and everything and said I looked good and should be doing fine even though he did say I had to fissures which were 90% healed. So from his point of view that was not what was causing me trouble. He assured me that I had the green light to do any kind of exercise I wanted including weightlifting which I've done for years. Has anyone else had this situation or does anyone have advice on what to do.? I have tried taking breaks from exercise and as soon as I go back it hurts again thank you so much for any help
