I've seen 2 GI's in the last month because of chronic abdominal pain and now a sudden acidic burning feeling in my upper GI tract. I just had a pouchoscopy and endoscopy and everything is clean as a whistle. So why the heck am I in so much pain after I eat? Anything solid causes cramps and burning. My only safe havens are sugar free applesauce, greek yogurts and ensure drinks. The plus side is my remicade is working. No signs of inflammation. So it would appear my crohns is in remission. This pain I feel is a different pain. It is something completely separate. Im sure of it. I have an MRI scheduled for next week and if that shows nothing then I'll be doing the pill camera capsule test or whatever they call it lol. Hope they figure this out soon. If not, I'm going to be one grumpy, starving, delusional, lunatic.
