Happy 32nd Anniversary to my Kock Pouch! I can never ever ever thank Dr Dusol (during my 9 week hosp stay, they asked him to consult) enough for caring about me at 17 until I reached 21 to tell me my life is worth living and for researching this ostomy option! He was very young and handsome which helped Smiler Side note: he saved me twice..a couple yrs later happenned to walk by my hosp bed and told t...he ER team (who were baffled) that my gallbladder bursted! And, my heart will always belong to my Rock Star surgeon Dr Gerber. He worked with my 1st ostomy surgeon Dr Hugo (a gem and kind solid surgeon) to be sure my KP surgery conversion would be smooth. Dr Gerber always had a smile on his face, would meet me in his Alhambra office at 2am if I couldn't interbate (didn't care that I had been partying all night) and took my constant calls. I have been very blessed and never take that for granted. God is Love.
