how far out are you from your takedown?
I noticed improvement in month #3 (I am in month #3). In the first couple months, I felt like there was a baby kicking inside my pouch whenever I ate!! Baby kangaroo!

i got on antibiotics and felt better, so maybe there is some bacteria imbalance? i also felt sick when i had lots of gas and gas pains. maybe try some beano or try walking around more and drinking more water after your meal? Or smaller meals throughout the day, and chewing well/eating slower? just some ideas. i notice with sugar i have more gas and runny stools. but i don't think sugar should make you feel "sick to your stomach", unless you are eating a bunch of cotton candy for a meal!

i do notice i get full a lot quicker and feel bloated after a meal. i think it's trapped gas and new pipe configuration, i guess... i have to take a walk after EVERY meal or it feels like bricks sitting in my tummy Wink guess that's a good thing about this surgery - forces me to exercise more!
