I am having a difficult time with Edgepark in Ohio. Does anyone know a different place in the US I can buy my catheters? I confused them by purchasing ostomy products because I was trying to keep a tube inserted with a pouch over it. This did not work due to the tube moving around. Now they can not comprehend why I won't buy tubes and appliances???? I am down to one tube and if lost I am up the creek. HELP ME PLEASE
