3 failed IVF attempts & immune issues (cytokines/nkcells)

I am in dispare after my 5 the failed cycle... 3 transfers but 5 all together. One abandoned and one with no embryos making transfer..

I have raised NK CELLS at 14 (need to be under 12)
Raised cytokines - 40.7 to 39.6 with Humira, need to be under 30
Could be attacking embryos

I am scared this is never gonna happen and doctors just don't have enough knowledge about fertility after bowel surgery

Any advice would be helpful
