13 years after my J-pouch and not feeling well

To cut a long story short. I have had a J-pouch for 13 years- no follow up care offered. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with ulcers on my rectal stump(still no follow up care. I have been feeling very unwell for months and been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and hypothyroidism- prescribed 75mg a day of levothyroxine. I have a B12 level of 230-269 and have B12 injections every 12 weeks. I have raised levels of liver enzymes- 111 and considerable brain shrinkage. Is this common following J-pouch surgery? Has anyone experienced any of this? What is happenning to me? Help!!!

It sounds like you have more than one thing going on. I suggest you get seen by a good GI to at least address the ulcers.
