yesterday i had cramps i suppose on the pouch, i had it made two mondays ago. I don't really understand where the cramp begins, if before the ileostomy, or on the pouch. I'm having it usually after eating but also during the day and night. Non too many, probably 10 attacks... Still i'm questioning it as am afraid it could already be a symptom of pouchitis or pouch failure. I often feel the pain caused by cramps go until the anus that's the reason i'm worrying for the pouch...
Why could i have this, could it eventually disappear? (maybe the surgery is too fresh to already be worriied)
