One year today since takedown. It was a tough year for sure. I am thankful for this support site , family and friends! I try to be very careful about what I eat. I do know that any form of stress can send my j-pouch into turmoil. I have learned so much about this new j-pouch life and I think I will learn more each and every day. Again, thank you all for your support and very very informative information.

Happy anniversary. I track the anniversary of the resection and also the colectomy too, since they both played a major role in my health history.

Kinda neat.

Yep Jeffdc, I def. count both surgeries dates also. So happy pouch-aversary to us all!! WE MADE IT.
