They have not been the same in recent years and its a shame. I live in cleveland and still see my new GI Dr Philpott, i like here but i used to have Shen and Remzi did my redo there in 2015. I dont even know any of the colorectal surgeons there any longer. I did see Dr Dietz at University, as he used to be at CCF, but he recently left for NYC as well. Sorry I cant help much but my redo is almost 10 years old and not the best, I still have minor leakage daily randomly and now i have been dealing with a left sphincter muscle with a lot of tension that causes alot of pain. I am doing another manometry test soon and seeing Dr Spivak whos a surgeon to see if the test says i need biofeedback or pelvic floor therapy. I think because of my leakage issue i am always tensing up back there so i dont leak and that is causing issue with the muscle now.. its all very exhausting
