Reply to "K-pouch vs. ileostomy vs. current status"

While a K-pouch might work for some, I'd be hesitant to get one. My reasoning relates to the fact that there aren't many doctors who create these and there aren't many that can fix related problems that might creep up. I wouldn't want to have to travel to have a problem resolved. Rose
