Sally,
I've been called in but never for good news...that said, sometimes the results are suspicious or non conclusive and they want to discuss redoing them with you...so don't panic...it could be just a precaution...take a hot bath or a long walk and think about something else until you can talk to him on the phone...or call the secretary back and ask for an immediate appt...
Hang in there, I know how hard this sort of phone call is...
