I just had a scope last Monday and thankfully I had sedation. I've been battling Pouchitis and I have a new pouch which my GI suspected might have strictures; which it did had and he dilated them. I'm happy that I was sedated for the procedures after reading everyone's responses; sounds like it would have been painful without it.
