Welcome Ingrid! I’m 62 and have had my pouch for 22 years. I don’t know anyone either with a pouch except for all these wonderful people here. I’m so grateful for this forum.

Taking VSL#3 and Metamucil wafers daily to keep it all moving smoothly.
