Every once in awhile I am overcome with pain in every joint in my body and feel almost paralyzed in bed unable to move. The pain occurs in my Neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles...just about everywhere WITH a joint and then the next day I am perfectly fine. Whatttt is this!?

I think you should see your GP or go to a Rheumy and have this checked out. If the pain was in my muscles I'd suggest you do the same as I have fibromyalgia and have neck shoulder back foot and other pains - but not in the joints.

Hopefully it's nothing but there is a form of arthritis that goes along with UC sometimes. I can't remember the name or it. I think Jan Dollar has it.

If you don't have it constantly could it be right after you do some kind of physical activity? I can't think of anything that would cause all of that but a lot of people are doing aggressive exercising these days.
