Here is a good resource I just found online. Funny that it's from a KC surgical office - this was not my doctor's office. I didn't know there were any other colorectal surgeons in KC. Anyway, it's a good guide.

Great resource, but I think you pretty much need to print it out and assemble it to read it with any ease, since it is designed for a booklet format. Very comprehensive.
