I just got the report from my recent MRI and it showed a collection of gallstones next to the bile duct. What does this mean? I was told it could explain my recent trip to the ER vomiting and dehydrated.

I had gullstones to but not the same syptims as you. I had sharp pain on my right upperside and that was it. I would suggest going to see a
general surgion and see what he or she has to say. I know after I had my gullbladder out I felt better. I was in for longer though they did it lapriscopicly and instead of a overnight stay I was in for 10 days. Goodluck and I hope my advice will help you.
