Has anyone gone from an ostomy to j-pouch? Any and all comments are welcome here.

I think almost all of us have gone from an ostomy to a j-pouch unless the j-pouch couldn't be performed for some reason. Maybe I'm not exactly understanding your question though.

If you still have your rectum or at least a portion of it and your sphincters, you could possibly go from an ileostomy to a j-pouch. If your rectum and sphincters have been removed, then no, it is not possible.
