Hey everyone,

i've had my j-pouch since year 2000. I recently started using a product called Oxygen Elements Plus.

It have given me a lot more energy, but recently i started having loose stools/diarreah.

Anyone else tried this product? Do you think my symptoms have anything to do with this product?
