For those with very infrequent and light night leakage, have you found any patterns of what may have caused it? Eating late? Eating something that didn't go over well? Gas? I think I'm seeing that as a connection. I'm still really early past takedown so hopefully this will pass.

I have maybe one light night poop every 9 months or so.

What I have seen is that it occurs between 5 and 6 AM when I am extremely tired or have had a really bad night.

Nothing to do with diet.

If i eat a large meal late I will definetly have to get up in the middle of the night possibly more than once. If Im having loose stools and I eat past 6 or 7 I will definetly have to b up at night. For me it just depends on how happy my pouch is that day and what I ate late at night
