My daughter has a large ulcer, that bleeds at times, at the area where her stricture is. She has a stricture at the (top) inlet to her pouch and the stricture requires balloon dilation at times due to the narrowing that then causes a blockage. The ulcer in this area has been causing bleeding after the dilation and also in between dilations.

Her surgeon mentioned maybe trying to put a collagen mesh and fibrin glue on the ulcer to see if that would help.

Anyone ever heard of this or had any experience with the collagen mesh or fibrin glue?
