I have never used the B-Sure Pads. I want to wear the pad with a bathing suit. If I go into the water will the pad fall off???

It doesn't have anything sticky to make it adhere to your suit so it might shift. You should contact the company and see what they say.

But since they are flushable I'd also think that they'd disintegrate in water.

I only wear them at night and even then I'm not comfortable walking from the bathroom to the bed with one in because it doesn't stay in place that well...
If you go in the water it will absorb lots of water but won't work to absorb anything else at that point. And I would worry you could see it through your bathing suit but of course I have fissures and I'm not ramming those things up there very far so that could just be me...

Try Molimed by Hartmann, Classic size, says midi on package. I get them them at Byram Heathcare. They are less than $7 a bag and they come with 28 pads and have the sticky thing. Have worn with bathing suit and swimming. It's not too thick, so comfortable. I buy 8 packages at a time. If you spend $50 the shipping is free.
