Hi:
Do you think it's dangerous for the integrity of my J Pouch that I pass a long time sitting at the computer (that's my job!). I mean, pressing the anus with my weight on the chair... My J Pouch was built 7 weeks ago and I don't have cuff, so it's connected directly to the anus

Also, what's that clear watery substance that I throw from the J Pouch? liquid mucus? or something dangerous?

How about an ergonomic seat cushion that is designed to keep
your weight off of "the center of your seat"? I like the
inexpensive wedge-shaped ones for $15 to $20,

but they do wear out in 6-12 months as the foam gets compressed.

The discharge from your pouch is normal; it sounds healthy
since there is no trace of blood or pus.
