Scientifically proven, FODMAP cuts out the specific type of carbs.. that cause those bad bacteria to have a party in your gut, causing pain, bloating, distension, malnutrition, weight loss, joint pain and more.
And even though FODMAP limits food.. look at all the wonderful things you can eat with what it allows.
