My 6 month old son is about to undergo the J-Pouch surgery. He was diagnosed with Hirschsprungs disease when he was 4 months old. He recieved an illeostomy and around the end of this year will be having the jpouch surgery. If anyone has or has children that have gone through this I would really appreciate any advice you could give me on what to expect. Thank you.

I don't know of anyone with that particular disease, but ther are parents of kids who had their surgeries fairly young. Connie's son, Thomas was not nearly that young, but she might know others who were.
