Hello everyone, I am working in a private firm and here I am looking for some information. Actually I am a cancer patient and looking for a source where I can discuss cancer related problems and share my experiences with other people. When I heard that I am suffering from cancer I was felling uneasy but that time my family friends helped me a lot and encouraged to fight the situation. So, if you people have any idea where I can talk about cancer then please let me know.
Any help will be really helpful. Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Mathewsingh,
Hello,I am sorry about what you are now facing! I have walked through a whole lot of stuff and I have found that my relationship with Jesus has enabled me to endure & see the good through every thing! I have a saying that what ever He leads me to He will lead me through! While suffering with U.C. for 13 years I was diagnosed with bladder cancer & went through 5 years of treatment besides dealing with U.C.! Also during that time I had high PSA of Prostate & it was enlarged & went through 5 biopsies during this same time! Also they told me I had liver disease & small bioducts which I would need a transplant by early 2000! I could go on & on, but the piont is, I understand your fears and the struggles you deal with! My battles have not ended, but in all things God has given me strength & the ability to encourage & inspire others & also not take lightly thier road! I'd be glad to correspond with you! I also have a speech impediment i have lived with since childhood & though I have some difficulty being fluent verbally, I write just fine! I am a song writer & musician who regularly ministers at nursing homes and other places, so I don't allow anything to be an obstacle in my life if i can help it! God bless!

I am very sorry for you battles right now and I agree sharing and talking can help. I had UC, then diagnozed with colon cancer in 2000 and now a J-pouch and doing great. My mother and father must passed in the last 2 years of ovarian and prostrate cancer. I come here to talk certain threads and also there is another web site I go to: https://nccn.communispace.com/ it is the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and there are a LOT of folks on there with cancer and a lot of care givers. Could you share with us a little more about situation and I'm sure others here on the site will have some great ideas. I wish you and your family all the strength you will need and don't give up, I'm a walking miracle! Take care.

My name is Tanya, I am very sorry for your battles right now. You are not alone. I had UC for 20 years that developed into Colon Cancer in 2000. I have a J-pouch and am doing great. Can I ask what type of cancer you have? In the last few years I just recently lost my mother and father to ovarian and prostrate cancer. So been on the caregiver side also. I love this site, there are so many people that can help and talk to. I also checkt this site out: https://nccn.communispace.com/ it is the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, there are a lot of folks there dealing with cancer and caring for loved ones. I'm wishing you and your family the strength needed to fight long and hard. I'm a walking miracle, it does happen. Take care and come often to talk.

It’s really a difficult time when you have come to know that you are suffering from a disease like cancer. It is very good that there is support from your family and friends. I know a site http://www.dearcancer.org/ where you can write about cancer. It’s a place where you can share your feelings, thoughts and experience about cancer. Hope this information will help you and here you can share every thing what you fell about cancer.
