Hi Gary - Are you sure you can handle AZ heat? I mean us Seattlites complain when it's over 75. I used to work out a ton (and that meant sweating a ton) with my bag and never had any issues; additionally, sweating can't be too much worse than showering, so I think you're going to be just fine. Good luck when/if you move! Lisa

Gary, I grew up in Tucson, AZ and yes, the heat is something else. But just like anywhere you learn to adapt. You don't really actually sweat in the AZ heat b/c you just go from one air conditioned place to the next A/C place. When it is really hot it is really unbearable to be outside. I figure just like in Seattle how you adapt and make it work in the rain, it is same in the desert where not much changes you just learn to adapt. What part of AZ are you headed too? The closer south you go the more beautiful the desert becomes. The true Sonora desert is one of the most magical and beautiful places on this earth (in my opinion) http://www.desertmuseum.org/Good luck, Megan Mark & Megan Surgery/Recovery and Daily Life Photo & Journal below. http://ucstory.wordpress.com/ Check it out, we are updating regularly it isn't just the surgery photos, we've expanded!

I live in a part of AZ where we are consistently one of the hottest in the nation. I had my temp bag for nine months, through August (one of the hottest months - one year it reached 127* but that was years ago). I didn't have problems, but I did change the adhesive every 3-5 days to be sure. I have enjoyed the beach with my bikini top and shorts (to cover the bag) and didn't have a problem. I wasn't comfortable enough swim, though, so I just cooled off briefly before returning to the beach or boat. It can work for you without problems.
