My TD surgical date is set: 20 October.
Its a goal i've aimed for for 16.5 years. I've overcome my fear of surgery and am preparing for the next challenge. Even though I did a tonne of mental, physical and practical preparation for the last surgery this time I will correct the one oversight of preparing my wife and sharing my long held secret with friends and family to get the support we rightly deserve. "You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along" . . . You must do the thing you think you cannot do." Eleanor Roosevelt http://internalpouch.blogspot.com |

Good luck Dan.
Fingers crossed for a smooth operation and recovery as well as a bed for the day of your surgery. Take care and keep us posted. One glass of red wine per day is good for the heart..... it's just that mine's a big heart so I need a very big glass!!!! D-| Cheers! |
