My TD surgical date is set: 20 October.

Its a goal i've aimed for for 16.5 years. I've overcome my fear of surgery and am preparing for the next challenge.

Even though I did a tonne of mental, physical and practical preparation for the last surgery this time I will correct the one oversight of preparing my wife and sharing my long held secret with friends and family to get the support we rightly deserve.
