I think your doctor has to write a prescription. Hopefully somoene that has done it will come along soon.

I use a dilating tool. It is a metal rod that you use a little bit of lubricating jelly with. It really seems to help open the scarred tissue up. I got mine from my surgeon, but im not sure if they can right you a perscrition for it.
