Hi Bill, I just responded to Jill's post on ileo's and I saw you are having surgery next week. I am sorry things didn't work out with the takedown but I know you will do fantastic. I just remembered all the problems the stoma was giving you early on. Have a great Christmas and will be thinking about you on the 28th.
PS I don't care what Jason says, Bon Jovi doesn't have anything on you!

I talked to Bill this moring (6 am) and he was on the way to the hospital. He and I will talk tomorrow and I will let everyone know how he is doing for him. He was in good spirits and just seems grumpy last night from fasting (hehe)

Hi this is Bill's wife, the surgery was a success! He did not have to be opened, everything was done through the existing stoma. The only thing that he is feeling a little discomfort when they went in to do a biopsy on his cuff, which is still inflamed, his "wazoo" is feeling the after affects from that. But, his surgeon said he should be out by Sunday in time for the football game! Go Eagles!
