I wonder if it is possible to email dr Fazio for an opinion about an operation issue concerning the pouch? Maybe by a kind of forum? Does anyone know this or maybe has his email address?

I would try calling and talking to his nurse, maybe you can fax something up to him or she might be able to give you an email address.

I am also a pt. of Fazio's - he did fistula pouch repairs in Oct. & this past Sat. night ended up in the ER with an another fistula abscess that ended up causing me to become septic. I am still there & I would love to email him regarding all this but feel a little too intimidated to do so. I would rather go through Gina (his nurse) first. Does anyone have her email address?
