I actually have four jobs that all require being on your feet. I am a full -time teacher, basketball coach, basketball referee, and realtor. I am about 4 years 8 months past post step 1.

As time goes by, you learn about your body and develop tricks. Myself, I know that I can go hours without needing a toilet if when I eat and, in essence, "empty" before starting my activity, there is nothing in there to make me have to go or disrupt what I am doing.

Keys are: be patient, learn your body, and believe that you have no limits and no ceiling.
