Well all... was a quick 2 weeks and tomorrow I am off to the hospital to meet with stoma nurse, pre op meeting, upper and lower gi and a few other test...the operation is fri 7 am Smiler ** For ppl that dont know I am getting disconnected from my pouch ***
Thanks for the support and will post from hospital when i can Smiler Knowing me it will be sometime Fri night Smiler.
Question - how long did they keep you after they disconnected you? My Dr said 4 to 6 days for me... Plus this holiday weekend doesnt help LOL!

All the best with your pouch disconnect. I get my pouch connected on Friday SmilerI will be sending good wishes your way for a seamless surgery and a quick hospital stay-- maybe you will even to get to come home before the long weekend is over! (Our long weekend in Canada is over now- it was this past weekend)!

Wishing you the best of luck & especially health with your upcoming pouch removal. No matter what you are going through you always have a positive attitude. I have learned alot thru your journey and by your example. I will be thinking of you on Friday, and pray that you have an easy time. Please keep us posted.

Dear Jason,

Knowing YOU, if your surgery is at 7 a.m., you'll probably be doing laps around the hospital floor by noon, that is, after you've had a full lunch, because you'll be fully operational by then!
