Aloe has been used for thousands of years as a natural cleanser and anti-bacterial agent. Its safe and natural. I am glad it is working for you. I dilute it in water (1 table spoon per glass of water) and drink it when I fast. I think the taste is a bit yuck but it works. Afterwards I feel refreshed and digestion is improved. Are you drinking the stuff neat? Eurgh! There are no links to cancer I have read about. In fact its been used in the treatment of C in cats and dogs!

If you have a good product it can be very beneficial to your digestion. I use univera and put it in juice. The taste is terrible but definitely not harmful or linked to cancer
