I would like to know how do I know how much imodium I should take. I discover taking too much can bind me. How do I know when to cut back? I am now taking 6 ml. three times a day. That's about 18 ml. a day, which is about a little more that one pill a day.

I take 9 little green capsules per day...three at each meal. That's alot. Start out smaller then work up. If you bind up, back off.
