Has anyone used the B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads? I sent for a free kit. Received 3 packs of the pads, and some other samples. Those pads wouldn't work for my leakage - how about the rest of you? They are just a small thin pad of felt like material with no water proofing.

I've tried them also, never really got to the problem of how much they could observe because they wouldn't stay in place. The two cheeks of your butt are supposed to hold it in place but I don't have much of a butt since my surgeries and when I walk it ends up falling out. I stick with the smallest feminine pads you can get.

I love them. I put a small or sometimes a large amount of calmoseptine on it and that "glues" it in place. Came upon that solution when I placed one and was walking down my hallway and it fell out! Also works good for draping over a thong. :-)

I also tried these with moderate success. It seemed to be a better alternative than, as a male, using panty liners. I found that once getting over the hurdle of having to buy and use them, the very thin feminine pads work the best.

Good idea Shannon! I'll bet Ilex would really glue it in place - even without undies....

I bought three boxes and they sit in my closet.
When I walk around they slip out of place and one time, while wearing shorts, it dropped on the floor!

Julie, I know, I thought of that AFTER I typed it. But some people might like those little pads and do well with them but I didn't see a post from any of them.
