anyone else pron to abcess's as of late I had 2 in the last month, one in the groin now one in the anus (around) it.. Just wondering what would cause this and one to was on my arm last night this is my year marker for long time steroid use where I been off it .
I read that could cause it I know cronhs which i'm being checked for once again so far negative. STEP 1 SEPT 20 2006 STEP2 MARCH 14 2007 UC JULY 16 2003 hernia scar revision and more march 22nd 2008 end up being step 1 all over again resections . may 10th infection in wound had to have surgey to open me back up sept 10th perma ostemy SO much for step2 |

Can you describe the abcess? Is it an open wound?

UC...1985 Step one...Aug '06, Takedown...Dec '06 Emergency SBO Surgery...Oct '07 Jan '08 Bartholin gland removed, kidney stint placed June '08 diagnosed with dysplasia in bladder. Oct '08 diagnosed w/ Crohns Nov '08 Seton drain placed for fistula Jan '09 Wow...lucky me...another fistula!!! |

groin was a open wound and the other was on my bottom and had to be drain one and my arm just drined also.
