i have been able to hold it in since day one, but for the last week i've been having incontinence at night

it coincides with some flonase i began taking a week ago, and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this.

it could very well be related to an ear infection i'm struggling through, or maybe it's just plain jane pouchitis; but aside from the issues above the neck, i haven't felt any real symptoms. no cramping, no fever, same amount of gas.

as for cuffitis, my doctor assures me that the way he does the procedure he leaves no cuff behind.

Try to make sure you do not eat late and try some immodian and see if that helps. I know it is a pain to deal with.
