Good news for all those of us who can't sleep through the night. I saw this article on the internet although it looks a little ways away from actually becoming used, just something we might be able to take in the future to make us feel better when we get up a lot in the night. weird, I would think something was wrong if I slept through the night. go to sleep around 10 or 11 and get up at 8 after getting up at 3 and at 5.
