i am 11 weeks post op step 1. i had many issues with infection wounds and still do. whenever i laugh sneeze cough really big i get alot of pain. it almost feels like i have a big empty space in my gut(which i do) and when i do any of these things my inerts just jump around inside. anyone else experience this?

It had that 'empty space' feeling too. for me it was very uncomfortable to sit certain ways or to lie on my side, it felt like my organs and everything inside were falling into the 'space'.
I don't think there was actually anything bad going on and it went away after awhile.
However, i did not have wound infections or vacs like you did, so if you think there may be a problem you should probably check with your doctor.

its completely normal. i had same issue with all those things, over time it doesnt hurt as much and after not too long, you can sneeze, cough or laugh with no pain at all. I also had many complications with infections that lasted weeks.
