Sorry I have been away for so long. Super busy with family affairs, between the estate of my mother-in-law, and the health issues of my step-mom. Just no time to be on the board. But, if there are any specific issues you think I need to give my input on, please send me a PM and I will respond as soon as I can.
Thanks all for your understanding, Jan  P.S. On a lighter note, I've lost 64 pounds so far with my medical weight management program and have finally completed my 30 weeks of weekly classes! Take a deep breath and relax; this too will pass. |

So great to see (hear) from you again! We all greatly appreciate your input. Congrats on the weight loss. It takes a lot of discipline to lose that much weight - that is awesome!
dx UC 2008 - tried everything from nutrition to Remicade to get into remission to no avail I ended up dependent on Prednisone and and had no option other than surgery total colectomy 11/18/09 j-pouch formation 2/17/10 take down (scheduled for 5/11/10) |

Aug 10, 2009 Colon removed and j-pouch formed thru single port at the Cleveland Clinic. Oct 12, 2009 Takedown. The 25 year battle with UC is done. |
