I often get bounded and uncomfortable eating too much fiber, bread, or pasta and I often have to push to move my bowels and feel comfortable. I heard that aloe vera juice could help unbind me. So I took it and I felt wonderful after taking it. I want to know is it safe to take it. Will it become habit forming? Can it increase my chances of getting cancer?

Aloe has been used for thousands of years as a natural cleanser and anti-bacterial agent. Its safe and natural. I am glad it is working for you. I dilute it in water (1 table spoon per glass of water) and drink it when I fast. I think the taste is a bit yuck but it works. Afterwards I feel refreshed and digestion is improved. Are you drinking the stuff neat? Eurgh!

There are no links to cancer I have read about. In fact its been used in the treatment of C in cats and dogs!

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along" . . . You must do the thing you think you cannot do."

If you have a good product it can be very beneficial to your digestion. I use univera and put it in juice. The taste is terrible but definitely not harmful or linked to cancer
