Hello everyone!
I know that this can vary greatly from person to person, but generally speaking....how long can I expect to be out of commission after takedown? For example, after a month will I be able to take a three hour car ride with stops for bathroom? Should I be able to return to the gym within a month or am I being overly ambitious?

I am having a three step procedure and I know that after step two I was able to return to the gym at 1 month post surgery.

I just don't know what to expect because it sounds like there can be such vast differences in recovery.

Anxiously awaiting takedown, thanks!
Les

Every body is different. But i returned to work 1 1/2 weeks after my takedown. I took 1 imodium twice a day, and watched what i ate, and i was fine. No lifting of course. I had a sit down job. But i had no problems following mine.
