I'm sitting here in total pain that my doctor thought was a kidney stone, but the ultra sound did not show one. But eveyone tells me my symptons are exactly what passing a kidney stone feels like. I started with exterme pain right below my ribcage but in back on Sunday night, woke me up. Then all day Monday I felt like maybe I was having another blockage, nausea, belly cramps, pain, but I noticed the pain was just on my side and I could "feel" something moving, admittedly very painfully and slowly. I went to my myofacial therapist and she said she that my kidney felt imflammed. And also my gut was imflammed too. (lucky me) and I should see my dr. So I did and she felt positive that it was a kidney stone and sent me for the ultra sound, Well that came back as negative for kidney stones, but my left falliopan tube is swollen, well what! My pain in on the right side! She doesn't know what to think now. Wants me to come back in the morning and have the on call look at me. My right side is swollen and I have a rash on it. Does this happen with kidney stones? Any ideas? Help!
At least my blockage passed a little while ago.

Gallbladder to for most of the symptoms...The rash??? May be related maybe not...I have never heard of anyone have a rash with it....Are you still having bowel movements and what are they like...It's still possible to have a blockage and still move your bowels...
Those are the things I would think about. The best thing you can do is see the doc like you have planned and of course if things get worse you need to go to the ER
Hang in there!

Have you tried to sit in a bath tub with water as hot as you can stand.Every time I`ve had a kidney stone pass that is what I did.I don`t know if it will work for everyone but for me it helped a great deal.As a matter of fact I could feel the stone passing down the uterer,my God what pain! But as soon as it has passed into the bladder the pain is gone instantly,it`s almost like having a baby,God bless every woman on earth who goes through labor! All the symptoms you mention are classic ones for a kidney stone. Please try sitting in the tub if it works the way it is supposed to you will get blessed relief.God bless and take care I hope that all this will soon pass. Wink
P.S. I passed 2 stones in one night about 6 months ago Eeker what fun that was.
