i know its often said here that your body wont get used to how much immodium you take (meaning the effect wont lessen over time.) but is this a fact?

reason being, in the past, when ide take 2, ide be good for hours. i then began taking 2 regularly over the past few months and its almost as if i am not taking them at all.

did my body adapt to the effects?

Looks like it doesnt it!..The best way I suppose is to stop taking it for a little while whilst increasing firbe so your output is not runny and then restart at lower dose.I personally dont take it at all unless i have events in the day where trips to the toilet would be difficult or inconveninet.

It might be your frequency has gone up anyway. Maybe check you're not suffering with pouchitis.
