i read that exercising in the morning before breakfast releases endorphins which jumpstart our metabolism and burn fat more efficiently throughout the day.
i tried this this morning and went for a jog before breakfast. ive found that ive gone much less today to the restroom. correlation or coincidence? |

Last January I started going to the gym 5 mornings a week before work...and eating smaller, healthy meals... and I noticed a big difference. Less trips to the bathroom and I feel great. I am back to a normal diet...even high fiber most of the time!
