I'm one of the lucky ones who get to self dilate. My question is , sometimes the tool goes right through and sometimes not. Does the opening constrict at times?, or should it always be at 21mm? The reason I ask is because I can dilate in the am no prob. but dilate again in pm and have a hard time, scar tissue can't develope that fast can it?
