Hey guys, I am about 9 months post take down and have a question. Since my jpouch surgeries, my erection is not quite what it was prior to the surgery. I am not sure if its a surgical complication or just old age. I remember being told prior to the surgery there might be some changes in that department. has anyone else had this experience?

There is a forum for men and you will find that there are a number of guys who have posted there with similar symptoms - or worse. Occasionally you will also hear people have somewhat the opposite problem. I think the bottom line is that yes - they mess around near the nerves down there and there can be some trauma that takes a while to resolve. Your doctor should prescribe something (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) if you talk to them about it to see if it helps.
