I just started to use ilex consitently for small ulcerations in rectal area and they have completely healed after YEARS of suffering.Thank you Kathy for giving me the first tube.I use it twice a day,washing and drying the area well before applying and always put vaseline over it.I also use cetaphil cleanser after each BM,wipe that off and then reapply the vaseline.I have never seen the skin look so good and I have no pain.I hope it helps some of you with skin problems...Marilyn

Yep. I am so glad it is talked about here. Our infant had really bad ulcerations on her bottom (diaper rash) and no amount of Desitin, Super Duper Diaper Doo, Balmex, or others would help heal them up. ILEX had things resolved in a day. Very good product.
