Given the struggle with cuffitis for the past 2+ years since my take down, and the fact that I only respond to prednisone, it looks like I have a decision to make.

Wondering what you all would elect for if you were in my shoes...

Question:
Assuming the j-pouch fails you, which would you choose?

Choices:
Convert to k-pouch
Convert to permanent ileostomy
Continue as is, and look for other alternatives
Other (please explain)
